You pay us nothing for using this website or sending an enquiry. We never take your money or hold client money.

It is a credit broker, not a lender. It has no mortgage permission and does not advise on or arrange mortgages.
For a loan secured on a home you or close family live in or will live in, we only pass your enquiry to a firm with FCA mortgage permission.
PJG Financial Limited does not provide quotes, compare loans, recommend products, approve applications or arrange borrowing.
The specialist handles any quote, advice and arrangements. The lender decides whether to offer a loan.
Your choice
The payment is a commercial arrangement with the receiving firm. It is not a personal recommendation of the firm or any loan.
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to borrowing or mean that a loan will be offered.
Some bridging loans are outside FCA regulation. Ask the specialist which protections apply to the loan and its service.
Charges you may pay
The specialist explains its own charges and the lender’s charges. These are separate from its payment to PJG Financial Limited.
Loan costs may include interest, lender charges, valuation fees and legal costs. Ask for the full cost, when each charge is due and what you would owe if the loan did not complete.
