Your enquiry
We send each enquiry to one bridging specialist so it can contact you. The receiving firm and its privacy notice are shown before you send the form.
For a loan secured on a home you or close family live in or will live in, we only pass your enquiry to a firm with FCA mortgage permission. PJG Financial Limited is paid for passing on your enquiry.
The receiving firm is a separate data controller. Its privacy notice explains how it uses your information and how to exercise your rights with it.
What we collect
The short form for a loan on a home collects the purpose, amount band and timing, plus your name, email address and phone number.
The business form also collects what the property is, who is borrowing, its estimated value, how the loan will be repaid, and the town or postcode area.
The amount you type on the home page is never stored. Only an amount band is kept.
If you contact us, we receive your contact details and whatever you include in your message. Please send only what we need to answer your question.
You choose whether to provide information. Without the required form details, we cannot send your enquiry.
Answers before you send the form
Your answers stay in your browser tab's session storage until the form finishes or the tab closes. This lets you keep your answers if you refresh the page.
Finishing the form clears those stored answers. We receive your answers only when you send the form, not when you leave it unfinished.
Information from your visit
The site uses no cookies, Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on this site, not loaded from Google Fonts.
Our own visit count records only the kind of page, the visit source and which form steps were seen, finished, left or sent.
The source is an advert, search, a direct visit, a link within the site or the referring website's name.
The count stores nothing on your device. It has no identifier, form answers or contact details. It respects your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.
The counting system is shared across PJG sites and sends counts to PJG's own systems.
Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs to run and secure the site. These include IP addresses, pages requested and request times.
How and why we use information
Legitimate interests. We use your details to send your enquiry, reply to messages, keep enquiry, payment and disclosure records, handle complaints and disputes, and protect the site.
These interests support the service you requested, our business records and site security. We use this basis only where your rights and interests do not outweigh ours.
Legal duties. We use and keep information where the law requires it, including for complaints, accounting and data protection requests.
We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing. We do not make lending decisions or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Transfers outside the UK
Some service providers may process personal information outside the UK.
Where we transfer information outside the UK, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. You can ask us for details or a copy of the safeguards.

- Enquiry and correspondence records are kept while needed to handle your request, answer questions and resolve disputes.
- Payment, disclosure and complaint records are kept to meet legal duties and cover relevant complaint or claim periods.
- Server logs are kept while needed to run and secure the site or investigate an incident.
We delete information or make it anonymous when it is no longer needed. A legal duty or ongoing claim may require us to keep it after a deletion request.
The specialist keeps its own records under its privacy notice.
